This place was created to share the most influential and important South American blogs and bloggers (especially journalists).

The South American blogosphere is very developed, they have been created high quality content about journalism 2.0, web 2.0, the new paradigm, digital content, information architecture and topics related with Internet.

Moreover, other journalists work in traditional mass medias, but they understand the Web, its relations with the journalism and how Internet have changed the information consumption. Many South American journalist have dedicated their profession to the web.

• Bloc de Periodista (http://blocdeperiodista.com/) written by Dario Gallo. He is journalist and the executive publisher of the magazine Noticias (News) and he created 20 Palabras (20 Words), one of the most importants proyects of news in Argentina. 
• Pablo Mancini´s blog (http://www.pablomancini.com.ar/) written by the journalist Pablo Mancini. He created 20 Palabras (20 Words) together with Dario Gallo. Pablo Mancini is founder member of Argentonia, specailists in virtual worlds.
• Mirá (http://www.juliangallo.com.ar/). This is Julián Gallo's blog. He is journalist and professor in Universidad San Andrés, Buenos Aires and he is consultor in interactives medias.
• Nuevos Medios (http://www.nuevos-medios.com). Blog witten by the journalist Gastón Roitberg. He is content manager in LaNacion.com one of the most important online newsletter in Argentina.
• eBlog (http://eblog.com.ar/). Blog written by Leandro Zanoni, he works in many newslatter as digital journalist. He writes in Retrovisor, a blog of the newspaper Clarin.com (one of the most important online newslatter in Argentina).  He created 3.0 Periodismo Aregentino en Blog, the first blog network about online journalist.

Chile

• Usando.info (http://www.usando.info/blog/) written by  the journalist Juan Carlos Camus. He write about information architecture, usability, journalism 2.0 and digital content. He works in the Superintendencia de Bancos e Instituciones Financieras, Chile. Moreover,  he is the most important and influential information architect in Chile. He created the first online newspaper in Chile.
• MediosDigitales (http://mediosdigitales.info/). Its director is Rodrigo Guaquil (journalist who has worked in the media holding Copesa, he is professor of Universidad de Chile and he works in Business News Americas). Moreover MediosDigitales is written by other journalist like Manuel Contreras, Claudio Navarro and Eduardo Aguayo.
• El Francotirador (http://www.elfrancotirador.cl/). Written by Cristian Leal. He is journalist and he write about technology, new journalist and digital gap. His blogs is one of the most read in Chile.

•  E-rgonomic (http://e-rgonomic.blogspot.com/) written by the Dr. Cristóbal Cobo. He is a chilean journalist but he is  the communication and new  technologies director of  Flacso, México. Two mounth ago he published the e-book call  "Planeta Web 2.0: Inteligencia colectiva o medios fast food". You can download from the web site http://www.planetaweb2.net/ (it´s free).
